On Saturday, September 17th, we will be serving one of the poorest areas in the state of Texas; the “ 5th Street Neighborhood." Nestled in an incorporated area between two developed suburbs of Houston, over 21% of all the area residents are below the national poverty line. We will be needing prayer teams, interpreters that speak Spanish (over 90% of the residents are Spanish-speaking), skilled & unskilled labors for small park renovation, food sorters, and medical personnel for free blood pressure screenings. This is an opportunity for use to demonstrate God’s extravagant love to those marginalized and suffering.Find out more »

South Louisiana has been hit incredibly hard by widespread flooding and damage from I-55 to Lafayette, Louisiana, with Baton Rouge area being ground zero. This flood emergency is the worst in the US since Hurricane Sandy hit the East Coast.

Manna bags are bags filled with non-perishable food items and toiletries to keep in your car. One Sunday a month these bags are made available for purchase. The cost for each bag is $5 to cover the cost of materials. Help us show God’s extravagant love in a practical way by keeping a few of these in your car and giving them to people you come across who are in need.
