Here is the latest info on the pastoral transition process. After posting our position in four locations for 45 days, we received nearly 100 applications. We have engaged in the rigorous process of giving fair attention to each of these applications as we’ve prayed and discerned together as a board. After the first round of review, the field has been narrowed to 19 candidates. These candidates have each been given a questionnaire that will help us substantially narrow down to a few for further consideration. These questionnaires are due on November 30.
