Transition Update – March 4
Hey Vineyard Family,
Over the past few weeks, the Senior Pastor’s Counsel has conducted zoom interviews with our final candidates. We are presently probing with some final questions before narrowing to our final candidate. After this, the SPC will vote according to the stipulations in our by-laws.
In addition, we are collecting our most up to date financial statements and analyzing our budget in light of Q1 contributions so far. This is an important step before we finalize an offer to our selected candidate.
We anticipate this process coming to a close in the next 2 or 3 weeks. At this point we will announce our selection to the church.
We believe that God is at work in this process. As we head into Easter, we are embracing a time of celebrating resurrected life and new beginnings. We are trusting that a great future is in front of us as we launch into this time with a new senior pastor.
