Re-Open Update 05.14

Below is a video update with information about our re-open plans. In addition, the gallery shows the results of our recent survey.  The quick version is that June 7 is our next window of possibility for re-opening. We are currently referencing Governor Abbot’s recommendations for gatherings, the CDC’s recommendations, and proposed “gating criteria” from the federal government.  Other important considerations are our limited space, the age of our congregations, and the viablity of other options. As we refine our criteria for opening we will keep you posted....

If anyone is free for a few minutes this afternoon, we are going to test out our streaming system with a short communion service. 1pm here. Then join us tonight for a special communion time with worship led by Crispin Schroeder, live from Covington, LA, from his home. We’ll pray together, share communion, and have a chance to encourage one another for the journey we are on. Covid 19 & A Better Way [Than Fear]

Dear Vineyard Family, Just a reminder, we will not have a Sunday service this week (March 15). Here is our official statement: In response to growing national and local concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 virus, after prayerful consideration and in consultation with medical professionals and governmental officials, we believe it is best to cancel Sunday morning services for March 15.
