Revelation

What's going on in Revelation? Seriously! Does this scary, vivid, trippy book have anything to say to us today? Is it a hidden code for how the 21st century will play out and bring the end of the world? Or, is there something way deeper and much more important going on? In this present political season, Revelation speaks an important message to us about where our hope should be placed and what it looks like to remain faithul.

An Ancient Faith For A Modern World

In the midst of a world of innovations and the promises that progress will give us all the life we want, we sometimes long for things that transcend all the fads. The Ancient Story found in the Old Testament teaches us about a God who is involved in history and is found in the nitty gritty of life. We discover that God loves this broken world and has a plan to bring about human flourishing, even in the broken places. In this Ancient Story we find our story. Join us as we explore the treasures of the Old Testament.

Creed

From the earliest days of Christianity, believers have sought to understand their faith and articulate what matters most. The Apostle Paul urged followers of Jesus to grow so that “we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming” (Ephesians 4:14). The Apostle’s Creed is one Christians have of articulating the core essentials of our faith. Join us as we explore what Christians believe and why.

Living Free

Jesus taught us that when he sets us free, we are truly free (John 8:36). The chains that have held us back from living life to its fullest have been broken by Jesus. What does it mean to be truly free? Freedom is a slippery word that means different things to different people. In this series, we’ll explore what Jesus and the earliest Christians understood this to mean and what freedom means for us today.
